Daylesford Yoga was established in 2000 by Shayna Ogden, a certificated Iyengar yoga teacher (Senior Intermediate Level 1). She is the director and principal teacher at the school.
Daylesford Yoga offers:
- Iyengar yoga classes from introductoy to advanced level.
- Workshops and overseas retreats for experienced students.
Unless workshops are scheduled, Daylesford Yoga will be closed on all public holidays.
Daylesford Yoga will be closed on Anzac Day, Thu 25 April.
